All I need from you is the following to reserve a trailer in your name:
1. Signed trailer rental agreement.
2. Signed elected or declined damage insurance form.
3. A copy of your drivers license.
4. A copy of the insurance card of your towing vehicle.
5. Reservation Deposit.
